Payment and Delivery Methods / Policies

By making a purchase with, you are agreeing to all the policies on all our pages.

Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. We also accept DBS PayLah! and PayNow. Please follow the instructions when carting out. All payments have to be made within 4 hours from time of carting out to be valid. Orders will only be confirmed once payment is made and verified. If payment is not made within stipulated time frame, item will be released for sale. 

Delivery Methods:
Upon order confirmation, please allow us 24 - 48 hours to process and pack your parcel for instock items. Your parcel will then be dispatched for delivery via the following methods:


Singpost Normal Mail

Non-trackable. Takes 2 - 5 working days to receive. We are not responsible for any lost normal mails. 

Singpost Smartpac

Letterbox delivery: 2 working days

Courier Service (via Ninja Pack)

Trackable: tracking number will be emailed to you. 

Doorstep deliveries with automated rescheduling and up to 2 additional re-delivery attempts FOC.

Standard 1 - 3 days doorstep delivery between 9am-10pm.

Any return mail received due to customer's negligence when filling the address (incorrect/insufficient address) will be mailed out with additional postage charges.

  • All international parcels are mailed via Singpost Registered Airmail and they are trackable. Tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • International delivery takes 10 - 21 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible if your package gets delayed in customs. You may have to pay customs fees and or duties, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is illegal for us to pay those fees for you or alter your order information to reduce custom fees.


Return Policies
We do not accept returns for hygiene purposes. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please email us at with your order number and photos as proof. We will review it by a case-by-case basis.
